Duration of treatment is from 1 to 4 weeks.

Hygiene:

1-2 drops in each nasal passage 1 time per day;
Duration of use - as necessary.

To prevent respiratory infections during epidemics, you can use Aquamaris 2 times a day (morning and evening) for 10-17 days.

Note! The dosage regimen for children aged 1 to 7 years when using a spray is the same as when using nasal drops (1 drop = 1 injection).

For adults

To rinse the nose for adults, you need to:

stand at the sink and lean forward slightly;
turn your head to the side;
insert the tip of the container into the nostril that is on top;
inject the product for a few seconds, then blow your nose well;
the procedure is repeated until complete cleansing;
with the nasal passage cleaned, you need to turn in the other direction and do the same for the other nostril.
