Why do you feel dizzy after coughing?

General information about dizziness

Dizziness is a subjective sensation. It seems to a person that objects around him are spinning, and the ground is moving away from under his feet.

In fact, the position of the body at this moment is not disturbed, and the surrounding environment is motionless.

The feeling of loss of balance occurs due to a discrepancy in the information that enters the brain from sensory organs, such as the vestibular or visual apparatus.

Dizziness can be physiological (from a lack of glucose or a sudden rise from bed) or pathological (from tumors or nerve conduction disorders). In addition to a feeling of loss of balance, dizziness may include the following symptoms:

  • double vision or darkening of the eyes;
  • tinnitus;
  • nausea
  • sweating;
  • weakness.

In a healthy person, all systems work harmoniously, and the symptoms described above do not occur. Any manifestation of dizziness requires a detailed examination by a specialist.

Respiratory diseases can occur differently in each person. Some tolerate them easily, others suffer from shortness of breath and high fever. One of the non-standard manifestations is dizziness with bronchitis. How dangerous is this symptom, and why does it occur?

Why do you feel dizzy when you cough?

A severe cough due to respiratory diseases can affect the functioning of other organs.

During a cough, irritation of the receptors occurs, contraction of the respiratory muscles, as well as tension in the abdominal press, which compresses the internal organs.

The strength of the described processes at the time of the cough reflex is quite high - after 2 days, many patients begin to have a sore abdomen, and some become dizzy.

Dizziness can occur both with increased pressure in the blood vessels and with hypotension.

In the first case, a spasm occurs, which impedes blood flow in the brain; in the second, the flow of blood to the organ also decreases.

When the lungs and bronchi contract, less blood flows to the head, which leads to hypoxia. Oxygen starvation is the main reason why you feel dizzy when coughing.

Causes and mechanisms

The mechanism of dysfunction of the vestibular apparatus is associated with the activation of certain receptors located in the brain, which leads to inhibition of the transmission of nerve impulses.

In parallel with this, there is a deterioration in cerebral blood flow, which is why oxygen starvation occurs. In neurology, there are several types of dizziness. Correct determination of the type of pathology is important for making a diagnosis and subsequent treatment tactics.

Cough affects the functioning of the vestibular apparatus as follows:

  • with spastic contraction of the respiratory muscles, the sensitivity of sensory receptors is impaired;
  • relaxation of cerebral vessels leads to a slowdown in cerebral blood flow;
  • the inflammatory process spreads to nerve endings, which impairs the transmission of impulses to the brain;
  • The general weakness of the patient due to the disease is accompanied by a decrease in pressure and circulatory failure in the brain.

In addition, there are other complex mechanisms that are incomprehensible to a person without medical education. Reasons that lead to the above violations:

  • Intoxication . With bronchitis of infectious or allergic origin, many toxins enter the systemic bloodstream, which spread throughout the body, causing dizziness, headache and muscle pain, nausea, weakness, and fever.
  • Catarrhal phenomena . The inflammatory process in the bronchi leads to a spasmodic cough, rapid heartbeat, and disruption of the autonomic system. Chronic respiratory failure leads to anemia, tissue hypoxia and oxygen starvation of the brain.
  • Psychological . An annoying cough, excitement or crowds of people can cause the patient to release adrenaline, which has a vasoconstrictor effect. Vasospasm leads to poor blood circulation in the brain and dizziness.
  • Neurogenic disorders . Irritation of receptors in the throat and bronchi, as well as contraction of the abdominal press, leads to activation of the vagus nerve, which is connected to the brain.
  • Drug therapy. A side effect of some medications may be dizziness.
  • Lack of glucose . Carbohydrates are essential for normal brain function. During illness, a person may refuse to eat, due to which he will not be able to satisfy the energy needs of the body.
  • Neurological diseases . During a cough, neurological problems that existed in the patient before the respiratory disease may worsen.
  • Hyperventilation . Deep and rapid breathing, which increases the supply of oxygen, can upset the gas balance and cause darkening of the eyes or dizziness.

During illness, several factors can act simultaneously on a person. Some of them are physiological and easy to get rid of. However, it is imperative to find out why you feel dizzy when you cough. This symptom is not typical for bronchitis and other respiratory diseases, and therefore may indicate the onset of the development of another serious pathology.

Symptoms

The condition when you feel dizzy after coughing requires a detailed examination of the patient and clarification of all complaints, especially those not related to the respiratory system. Your doctor will look for the following symptoms:

  • type of cough (dry, productive, barking, paroxysmal, strong);
  • dyspnea;
  • runny nose;
  • chest pain
  • unsteadiness of gait;
  • fever;
  • the nature of the sputum (purulent, viscous);
  • nausea;
  • sweating;
  • noise in ears;
  • blurred vision;
  • hypotension;
  • pale skin;
  • blue lips

A comprehensive assessment will allow you to accurately determine the mechanism of pathology and make the correct diagnosis.

Why does it go to your head when you cough?

Experts say: pain in the head when coughing is a harmless phenomenon if it occurs rarely. The regular appearance of a cough with sudden attacks of headache and an equally abrupt disappearance is a serious reason to consult a doctor.

Cough with headache is a concomitant phenomenon of various diseases. Primary and secondary diseases are distinguished. In primary diseases, the appearance of a cough with headache is not dangerous. In case of secondary ones, this is a serious reason to consult a doctor.

Primary diseases include:

  • laryngitis;
  • pneumonia;
  • allergy;
  • cold;
  • bronchitis;
  • asthma;
  • flu.

Secondary diseases include:

  • tumors;
  • cysts;
  • aneurysms;
  • vascular malformations.

Also, headaches with coughing attacks often occur in smokers, because under the influence of nicotine the vegetative-vascular system is destroyed, which leads to hypertension and other painful complications.

Other causes of pain when coughing in the head include:

  • High blood pressure.
  • Meteosensitivity.
  • Cervical neuralgia and cervical osteochondrosis.

Causes of dizziness when coughing

Dizziness is a subjective sensation that occurs in the human body at a time when the information received by the organs of the visual and vestibular system, as well as data from proprioceptive receptors, do not correlate with each other.
Dizziness is also possible when the mechanisms for processing information from the sensitive systems listed above are disrupted.

The causes of dizziness during coughing are varied, but they can all be classified into several large groups:

  • Neurogenic. Occurs due to activation of the vagus nerve, which occurs when receptors in the throat, larynx, pleura are irritated, as well as when the abdominal muscles are tensed and the breath is held;
  • Vascular. In this case, the problem is a slowing of the pulse, a decrease in pressure, as well as venous stagnation, a decrease in the flow of venous blood to the heart;
  • Somatogenic. Symptoms of cough and dizziness occur with hypoxia, fever, intoxication, asthenia;
  • Medicinal. Side effects of some medications include dizziness and coughing.

Often several groups of causes cause a symptom complex and it is impossible to say what exactly was primary.

Associated symptoms

In order for the doctor to make a diagnosis, he needs to find out what your complaints are, how long ago the symptoms of the disease began to appear, and what was its course. It will be very good if, before going to the doctor, you formulate your complaints for yourself, establish which symptoms you consider to be the main and most important for making a diagnosis.

First of all, the specialist will be interested in what kind of cough you have:

  • dry or wet;
  • barking or muffled;
  • paroxysmal, short-term, long-term;
  • weak, strong or moderate;
  • deep or superficial.

If you have sputum, check in advance what color and consistency it is. For example, clear discharge indicates lobar inflammation, while yellow discharge indicates purulent inflammation. Sputum with blood, “rusty” sputum or streaked sputum can appear with pneumonia, tuberculosis.

Other symptoms may include:

  • dyspnea;
  • runny nose;
  • fever – the disease is accompanied by fever, body aches, and weakness;
  • pain in the chest area;
  • unsteadiness of gait;
  • nausea;
  • sweating;
  • pale skin;
  • blurred vision when coughing;
  • noise in ears.

Any symptom, even a minor one, can be important for making a diagnosis.

Diagnosis of the disease

Dizziness when coughing requires a detailed examination of the patient. Treatment of a common ARVI is not difficult, while a complex of symptoms (cough, dizziness, weakness) may require a different approach. Such patients are observed by several specialists - a therapist, a neurologist, a cardiologist. Diagnostics includes the following activities:

  • Blood test (general and biochemical) - gas composition indicators, hemoglobin level, leukocyte formula are assessed.
  • A blood test is necessary to determine the pathogen strain for infectious etiology.
  • X-ray will show the localization and nature of the pathological process in the respiratory organs.
  • Neurological examinations (tomography, echoencephalography) are necessary to identify organic and functional disorders in the functioning of the brain.

Cough and its effect on dizziness

Cerebrovascular accident is always accompanied by dizziness. With pneumonia or bronchitis, the patient experiences a severe cough and feels dizzy. During a reflex cough, pressure increases in the middle of the lungs and this condition increases cardiac output. Less blood flows to the head and oxygen starvation begins, which is characterized by dizziness. The cough can be quite severe and lead to nausea and vomiting. This has a bad effect not only on the heart, but also on the lungs.

Recommendations for patients

If the examination shows that there are no disturbances in the functioning of other organs and the dizziness is caused by a cough, the patient can fight the attacks on his own until the respiratory disease is cured.

To do this, you need to follow these recommendations:

  • If you feel weak and foggy in your head, open a window for fresh air and take a horizontal position. This will help prevent hypoxia in the brain and avoid dizziness.
  • Focus your gaze on one fixed point - this way you will reduce the strain on your vision and facilitate the work of the vestibular apparatus.
  • Using massage movements, squeeze the active points that are located on the earlobes, bridge of the nose, little fingers and near the nostrils.
  • Drink water or dry your face with a damp towel.

If you are prone to dizziness, it is necessary to remove fragrances and products with a strong smell from the room, and also avoid cigarette smoke. Read more about inhalations for wheezing here.

If dizziness persists after recovery, it may be caused by general weakness of the body. Good nutrition, taking vitamin complexes, rest, and walks in the fresh air will help you quickly improve your well-being. You can also ask your doctor to prescribe drugs from the group of nootropics that can normalize blood circulation in the brain and increase its cognitive functions.

When you cough you feel dizzy: why does it happen and what to do?

Dizziness is a common symptom characterized by the appearance of an unpleasant sensation of rotation of objects or the person himself, which does not occur in reality. As a rule, such changes arise as a result of disruption of the vestibular system.

Various factors can provoke the symptom, for example, dizziness often occurs when coughing. Patients with these symptoms should always seek medical help, as a severe cough associated with neurological symptoms may indicate the development of serious illness.

Main factors in the development and manifestation of illness

Attacks of dizziness that appear simultaneously with a cough can occur in a person under various conditions. Experts identify the following most common reasons:

  • a strong cough against the background of spasm of the cerebral arteries can cause a person to feel dizzy.
    This situation is due to the fact that against the background of strong anxiety or any other psychological stress, a person experiences a narrowing of the lumen of blood vessels, which can lead to the development of various neurological symptoms; Cerebral vessel spasm
  • any inadequate irritation of the vestibular apparatus can cause the development of cough and dizziness. In this case, the main reason is that the discrepancy between the visual picture and the excitation of the organs of the vestibular system leads to the sensation of movement of objects or the person himself;
  • insufficient intake of nutrients from food, for example, during fasting or an irrational diet, can lead to asthenic syndrome. Against this background, the patient experiences weakness, dizziness and a general weakening of the body’s defenses, which can cause the development of infectious diseases affecting the respiratory system.

It is important to note that only the attending physician can make an accurate diagnosis after conducting a proper examination of the patient. Under no circumstances should you try to determine the cause of this condition and prescribe treatment on your own.

This can lead to rapid progression of the underlying disease and the development of complications of varying severity.

When you feel dizzy when coughing, a similar condition may manifest itself in other symptoms in the patient. The most frequently reported complaints are:

  • general weakness, associated either with the direct cause of unpleasant symptoms, or arising against the background of dizziness. Very often, such symptoms are associated with exhaustion of a person due to diseases of internal organs, nutritional deficiency or chronic fatigue or stress;
  • Allergic skin rashes

    Allergic rashes such as urticaria with skin itching can cause neurological symptoms. It's important to understand why this happens. Any allergy is accompanied by a change in blood circulation, which can also affect the brain;

  • An increase in body temperature and the development of intoxication syndrome occurs when the body is infected with both viral and bacterial microorganisms. In this case, the patient notes a headache, a feeling of heat, chills and other symptoms of a similar condition.

Various symptoms make it difficult to make an accurate diagnosis and require the patient to seek medical help at a medical institution, where he may be offered various research methods.

Diagnostic measures and effective treatment

To select effective treatment, it is necessary to conduct a complete examination of the patient. Only the attending physician should interpret the data obtained, since only he is able to correctly evaluate the results, compare them with the patient’s clinical picture of the disease and prescribe treatment.

Otherwise, inadequate self-medication may be prescribed and the disease may progress.

Survey

The examination is carried out according to the following algorithm:

  1. The doctor collects all the patient’s complaints, and also finds out the details of the patient’s life, his work, hobbies, etc. Very often, it is at this stage that the doctor has the opportunity to make a preliminary diagnosis.
  2. A clinical examination, including the nervous system, allows you to clarify the existing symptoms, as well as identify concomitant diseases that can also affect the nature of the symptoms and the intensity of their manifestation.
  3. Complete blood count, normal for adults

    A general blood and urine test must be taken to assess the general condition of the body. Moreover, if the patient has inflammation in the internal organs, then the blood test will show an increased content of leukocytes (leukocytosis), as well as an acceleration of the erythrocyte sedimentation rate.

    During inflammatory processes, the results of a biochemical blood test will show an increase in the amount of fibrinogen and C-reactive protein.

  4. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging, as well as conventional x-rays, can be used to diagnose diseases of the brain and lungs, which is especially important in complex diagnostic cases.
  5. Consultations with related specialists, such as an ENT doctor, neurologist, endocrinologist, etc., allow you to receive qualified assistance if you suspect damage to a certain internal organ system.

The main principle of therapy is the treatment of the disease that led to cough and dizziness. For this purpose, both non-medicinal and medicinal methods are used.

Non-drug approach

Each patient experiencing the described clinical manifestations should adhere to the following lifestyle recommendations:

  • normalize your daily routine by ensuring proper sleep. It is very important to organize going to bed and waking up at the same time throughout the week, since such a regime ensures complete replenishment of strength and energy during the night;
  • a balanced diet containing sufficient amounts of nutrients, vitamins and microelements helps maintain the normal state of organs and ensures adequate functioning of the immune system;
    Ways to boost immunity
  • all patients need to give up bad habits, including smoking and drinking alcohol;
  • Stressful situations in life should be avoided, since chronic stress is the most important risk factor for various diseases.

Non-drug therapy helps ensure the normal functioning of internal organs, and even if it is not able to cure the underlying disease, you need to understand that it is necessary for the effective use of various medications and for the successful restoration of the body.

Medications

Prescription of medications should always be carried out only by a specialist. He is the one who is able to correctly assess the patient’s indications and contraindications for therapy, as well as select an individual treatment regimen. The following types of therapy are used:

  • If a patient is diagnosed with an infectious disease caused by bacterial microorganisms, then antibiotics (Amoxicillin, Azithromycin, etc.) come first in treatment. Such therapy allows you to quickly cope with the causative agent of the disease and alleviate the patient’s condition;
  • allergic reactions leading to dizziness, hives, cough and other symptoms require the prescription of antihistamines (Claritin, Cetrin);
  • viral damage to internal organs can be treated with immunomodulators, as well as antiviral drugs, etc. (Anaferon, Groprinosin);
  • if the cause is heart failure, then hospital treatment is necessary.

The use of medications is justified in most cases, since the drugs eliminate the original cause of dizziness and cough.

It is important to note that homeopathic medicines or traditional medicine methods can also be used, but only as auxiliary methods and only after consulting a specialist.

So, why does a person feel dizzy when coughing? The main reason is damage to the vascular bed and vestibular apparatus, which can be observed in a large number of different diseases. If such symptoms appear, each person is advised to consult their doctor.

The doctor will carefully collect anamnesis, examine the patient and prescribe additional diagnostic methods to make an accurate diagnosis. Effective treatment should always include both non-drug and drug methods, since complex therapy has the greatest therapeutic effect.

Prevention

There are two ways to avoid feeling dizzy from coughing:

  • Reduce the risk of developing respiratory diseases.
  • Strengthen the cardiovascular system.

To do this you need:

  • Temper yourself . A contrast shower and dousing with cool water will keep blood vessels toned and increase the overall defenses of the body.
  • Exercise . Regular physical training normalizes the functioning of the cardiovascular system, stabilizes blood pressure, and improves metabolic processes. Morning jogging in the fresh air helps ensure sufficient oxygen delivery to all cells of the body.
  • Eat properly . You can maintain your health with regular food. At the same time, dishes should create a minimal load on the body and fully meet its needs for structural and energy material. Preference should be given to vegetables, lean meat, berries, and clean water.
  • Follow your doctor's recommendations . It is wrong to self-medicate and interrupt the therapy regimen. This can lead to chronicity of the process and disruption of the functional abilities of the respiratory tract.
  • Minimize stress . Psycho-emotional experiences negatively affect both the functioning of blood vessels and the state of general immunity. Take a course of sedatives or get rid of the problem that bothers you.

In our other articles you can find out how to prevent relapse of bronchitis in children and improve expectoration of sputum.

Possible complications

Any disease can cause complications if the patient has a tendency to them or does not follow the doctor’s recommendations correctly. Dizziness when coughing can lead to the following dangerous consequences:

  • inflammation of the meninges;
  • spread of the process to other ENT organs;
  • triggering an autoimmune reaction that will lead to an inflammatory process in blood vessels and muscles;
  • pneumonia;
  • cerebral circulation failure, ischemia in some areas;
  • fall and injury due to loss of consciousness;
  • pericarditis.

Darkness in the eyes and dizziness when coughing

There are many diseases in which such symptoms are not uncommon. These include almost all ailments of the respiratory system:

  • Laryngitis and tracheitis;
  • Bronchitis;
  • Pneumonia;
  • COPD;
  • Whooping cough;
  • Pleurisy;
  • Sinusitis;
  • Complication of influenza;
  • Bronchial asthma and so on.

In such diseases, cough is one of the central symptoms. Many of these diseases contribute to the occurrence of respiratory failure, which causes hypoxia and, as a result, dizziness.

Hyperventilation is also possible when coughing. With it, you take a lot of deep breaths, which causes the concentration of carbon dioxide in the blood to increase, which does not manage to get out when you exhale. By affecting the medulla oblongata, carbon dioxide provokes dizziness and darkening of the eyes.

Pathological dizziness

If weakness and darkening of the eyes occur periodically even in the absence of respiratory diseases, then other causes of the pathology should be assumed. In most cases, such patients are diagnosed with neurological problems:

  • Psychogenic in nature . They arise due to severe fatigue or psycho-emotional experiences. A person experiences weakness, confusion in the head, anxiety, and hysteria or depression may appear.
  • Brain dysfunctions . They arise as a result of injuries, the presence of neoplasms, vascular problems in the cerebellum, or damage to the autonomic nuclei. A person is worried about dizziness, lethargy, and drowsiness. Chemical poisoning or drug abuse can also lead to such disorders.
  • Visual impairments . They occur with increased load on the organs of vision (swings, carousels), as well as with muscular or vascular pathology in this area.
  • Hearing system disorders . Structural abnormalities, as well as damage to nerve endings and blood vessels, provoke tinnitus, hearing loss and dizziness.

If you feel like you are about to get dizzy, be sure to sit down or take a lying position. When talking to your doctor, be sure to tell us about this symptom, as it cannot be ignored. Monitor your body to identify patterns and the likely cause of your dizziness. Treat not only the respiratory disease, but also the functional disorders that have arisen in the brain.

Why do you feel dizzy when you cough and what can you do about it?

Cough is a protective reaction of the body and accompanies most respiratory diseases. By itself, it negatively affects health, but sometimes it is accompanied by other equally severe symptoms. If you feel dizzy when coughing, your vision becomes dark and you begin to feel very weak, you cannot ignore it.

The mechanism of dizziness

The mechanism of development of dizziness is associated with a dysfunction of the vestibular apparatus, which leads to a sensation of movement of surrounding objects.

The head may feel dizzy due to spasm of the blood vessels in the brain, which leads to a weak supply of blood and oxygen to the organ. A deficiency of glucose and vitamins leads to dizziness, which is aggravated by coughing.

If the symptom is severe, the patient may feel nauseous, vomit, have a numb head, and increase sweating.

The head hurts and feels dizzy with any pathology, and the main symptom is cough: tonsillitis, laryngitis, tracheitis, influenza, bronchitis, bronchial asthma, pneumonia, whooping cough, etc.

In addition to vascular manifestations (dizziness, tinnitus, blurred vision), cough is accompanied by shortness of breath, rhinitis, hoarse voice, high fever, pain in muscles and joints, and lethargy.

In diseases of the lower respiratory organs, pain in the chest is bothersome, and tension in the peritoneum during coughing causes nausea and vomiting.

If your child coughs a lot with whooping cough, their face may become swollen and the veins in their neck may swell. An attack can even be provoked by snot flowing into the throat during a runny nose.

Why do you feel dizzy when coughing?

Among the reasons why cough and dizziness occur simultaneously are the following:

  1. Vasospasm . A spasmodic cough causes a sharp drop in blood pressure and poor blood flow to the heart. This may result in a pre-fainting state. This is observed due to bronchospasm, leading to oxygen starvation. Sometimes the blood vessels spasm, even if the patient simply sneezes.
  2. Heat. Illnesses accompanied by high fever cause dizziness and pain, and coughing only worsens these symptoms.
  3. Prostration. Weakening of the body due to illness and lack of appetite leads to a person constantly feeling dizzy. The symptom intensifies when bending over or changing body position after a long stay in bed. Malaise and fatigue occur due to disturbed sleep caused by nightly bouts of coughing and sneezing.
  4. Intoxication of the body. Accompanies diseases of a viral and bacterial nature, and is manifested by lack of appetite, loss of strength, and muscle aches.
  5. Activation of the vagus nerve. This condition is caused by irritation of the receptors in the throat and mucous membrane of the respiratory tract.
  6. Taking medications. A side effect of many cold medications, especially antibiotics, is dizziness and other disturbances in the central and autonomic nervous system. Preparations based on glaucine, codeine and many bronchodilators have a similar effect.
  7. Hyperventilation syndrome. This condition is explained by the fact that when a person coughs, he takes many breaths, thereby increasing the concentration of carbon dioxide in the lungs. Its effect on the brain is manifested by darkness before the eyes, weakness and unpleasant sensations in the head.
  8. Increased pulmonary pressure. This, in turn, leads to changes in heart rate and reduced oxygen supply to the brain.
  9. Accompanying illnesses. The likelihood that a cough will lead to dizziness increases if a person has: • diabetes ; • VSD (vegetative-vascular dystonia); • cervical osteochondrosis;hypertension or hypotension;anemia (lack of oxygen in the blood); • hypoglycemia;chronic respiratory failure;high intracranial pressure.

Most often, dizziness when coughing is caused not by one reason, but by a combination of them.

It happens that dizziness does not go away even when the cold is completely cured. The occurrence of complications after the flu often affects the functioning of many organs and systems. But such ailment can also be a consequence of exhaustion of the body and contamination from excessive medication.

Diagnostics

It is impossible to figure out why you feel dizzy from coughing without the help of a doctor. And you won’t be able to independently determine what exactly a person is sick with, since most respiratory diseases have similar symptoms. Moreover, you cannot uncontrollably take antibiotics and other drugs based on your guesses.

To make sure that the dizziness is caused by a cough and not a more serious cause, the patient is referred for the following tests:

  • general and biochemical blood test;
  • CT scan of the brain and cervical spine;
  • ECHO-encephalography;
  • chest x-ray;
  • bacterial culture of sputum, which makes it possible to identify the causative agent of the disease.

It is necessary to inform the specialist about the duration of this condition, accompanying symptoms and the order of their appearance. But the nature of the cough is also important (deep, dry, wet, productive, unproductive, barking, muffled), the frequency and duration of its attacks, and the color of the sputum (transparent, yellow, streaked with blood).

Treatment options

First of all, you need to treat the disease that caused the cough and dizziness. In the case of a bacterial or viral nature of the disease, antibiotics and antiviral agents are prescribed.

When allergies develop and to prevent them, antihistamines are prescribed. For a dry cough, if the mucus is difficult to clear, it is recommended to take mucolytics - drugs that enhance expectoration.

This will help make the cough more productive, which is less likely to lead to cerebral vascular spasms.

Homeopathy is effective in eliminating the signs of a cold: the drugs Bromium and Hepar Sulfur will help with a dry cough; when wet – Crime White, Bittersweet Nightshade. The remedies will help relieve severe itching, which can cause your voice to become hoarse.

If during the examination the patient is found to have pathologies of blood vessels, spine and other organs, the specialist selects treatment to eliminate them.

For example, in case of anemia, it is necessary to take iron-containing drugs, and in case of chronic pulmonary failure, oxygen inhalation is useful.

Asthenic syndrome can be eliminated by taking vitamins, biostimulants, and physical and breathing exercises.
